Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, optional match URL, message, privacy acknowledgement, submission time, and the network address used for abuse throttling. We use this information to respond, investigate data corrections, maintain service security, and meet legal obligations.
Storage and recipients
Accepted contact submissions are stored in the STAR-BUZZ project database. The same message is sent through the private Manus project-owner notification service so the operator can respond. Cricket match requests are sent from the STAR-BUZZ server to Sportmonks; the Sportmonks API credential never enters the browser. The managed host also processes request and error logs needed to deliver and secure the service.
Retention and access
Each new contact submission runs a cleanup that deletes stored contact records older than 180 days. A record may be removed sooner after the request is resolved. Abuse-throttling timestamps are kept in server memory for 15 minutes. To request access, correction, or earlier deletion, choose “Privacy request” on the Contact page, email infosupport@star-buzz.store, or call +91 90494 42647.
Browser technologies and measurement
The public cricket pages do not require an account or set an application preference cookie during ordinary viewing. The managed host loads aggregate Umami visit measurement when its configured analytics endpoint is active. STAR-BUZZ does not currently activate advertising-personalization or cross-site behavioral profiling code.
External channels
The proposed WhatsApp destination is disabled because its displayed public identity did not match STAR-BUZZ. No visitor is forwarded to it. Any future external channel will be labelled and remain user initiated.
Independent identity
STAR-BUZZ is an independent company with no parent company. Provider or platform names are used only to explain data sources and external destinations, not to claim ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.
